This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and GRADINGMASTER LTD (company number 17438283, registered at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX) for the use of the GradingMaster software, including its plug‑ins for AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp, together with any updates and documentation ("Software"). By installing, activating or using the Software you agree to this EULA. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
Subject to your active subscription and this EULA, we grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on the number of machines/seats permitted by your plan:
Your licence is enforced by a licence key and machine activation, provided through our licensing provider Keygen (keygen.sh). To activate and validate your licence, the Software generates a technical machine fingerprint and periodically contacts the licensing service. You must not share your key beyond your plan's limits or circumvent activation.
You must not: copy or use the Software except as permitted here; rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense or transfer the Software or your key; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code or extract embedded resources, except to the extent this restriction cannot be excluded by law; remove or alter any proprietary notices; or use the Software to build a competing product.
The Software is licensed, not sold. All title, ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the Software remain with GradingMaster and its licensors. Drawings, geometry and outputs you create using the Software belong to you.
We may provide updates, which are covered by this EULA unless accompanied by separate terms. During your paid term you are entitled to updates released in that term.
This EULA applies for as long as your subscription is active. It ends automatically if your subscription lapses or if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and remove the Software. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) continue after termination.
The Software is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are responsible for checking all levels, contours, slopes, quantities and other outputs before relying on them. Our liability is limited as set out in our Terms & Conditions. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
